Patient volume: 20–25/day
Surgical volume: 20–30/month
Call & Coverage Details5–6 days of call plus clinic minimum
20% new consults, 80% callback patients during call
Night Call / 24-Hour Call / Holiday coverage required
Must cover ~80% of posted dates
Rates Hourly: $450–$500
Holiday: $675–$750
Nightly Call: $900–$1,200
Holiday Nightly Call: $1,350–$1,800
24-Hour Call: $4,000–$4,250
24-Hour Holiday Call: $6,000–$6,375
Call Back: $450–$500 / Holiday Call Back: $675–$750
Orientation: $225–$250/hr beyond 8 hours
Malpractice: Must be included
Requirements ✅Board Certified Urology [Highly Preferred] or Board Eligible (0–5 yrs post-residency)
Active WA License or IMLC [Required]
ACLS, BLS, DEA [Required] (can obtain if selected)
Clean malpractice history [Highly Preferred]
Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment
