Job Description We are seeking an experienced Airframe Mechanic to join our team supporting Rolls-Royce power plants and associated systems at our Everett, WA operation for Boeing aircraft. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in aircraft engine maintenance and installation and a proven ability to perform removals, installations, inspections, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable engine performance and on-time delivery. Responsibilities: Remove and install line replaceable units and engine components, including associated repair work. Perform full engine removal and installation on aircraft as required. Incorporate approved modifications and inspect or evaluate engine components. Assist with troubleshooting and resolving engine and aircraft system malfunctions. Collect, document, and report engine-related data and findings. Work any shift or rotate across day, afternoon, and night shifts as needed; support 24-hour service coverage including weekends and holidays. Lift, hold, and carry up to 50 pounds unaided in compliance with safety procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications: Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license. High school diploma and 2+ years of experience in aircraft engine or aircraft mechanics. Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting. United States citizenship. Preferred Skills: Associate degree in a relevant discipline. Jet engine maintenance experience, preferably large Rolls-Royce engines. Experience in manufacturing or the aviation industry.
