Shape the future of how brands merchandise their products on Amazon and help customers discover billions of related products. Join Amazon's Catalog team to build the next generation of product relationships at Amazon scale. The Catalog is at the core of Amazon.com

We are the authority for product data across Amazon's shopping experience worldwide. Our systems enable customers to discover, compare, and purchase products while empowering Amazon's selling partners to effectively list their products and relationships in Amazon's catalog. If you have evaluated size, color or flavor variations on Amazon's product detail pages, you are interacting with products and relationships that are ingested and managed by our systems!
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive complex, cross-organizational programs that enable new types of product relationships across Amazon's Catalog.

In this role, you will define the systems and policies for how brands merchandise their products on Amazon while ensuring the best possible shopping experience for customers. You will enable Amazon to deliver innovative ways for customers to find related products, including newer versions, branded collections, and product lines. - Align diverse stakeholder needs including selling partners, category teams, and customer experience organizations
- Build consensus when confronted with conflicting priorities between brand merchandising goals and customer needs
- Navigate ambiguity in business problems and technology solutions, proactively defining paths forward
- Make strategic trade-offs between short-term delivery needs and long-term architectural sustainability
- Communicate complex technical and business decisions clearly to VP-level stakeholders
