Info Way Solutions is looking for an OMS Technical Program Manager. The role involves developing and implementing the technical roadmap for the OMS platform, ensuring scalability and reliability while managing the project lifecycle and leading a team of software engineers.

โ€ข Develop and implement the technical roadmap for the OMS platform, aligning with business goals and customer requirements.
โ€ข Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of the OMS system to handle large volumes of transactions and data.
โ€ข Drive technical decision-making on system architecture, integrations, and feature development that enhance order processing and fulfillment efficiency.
โ€ข Lead architectural and solution discussions with client. Present solution options to the client and negotiate.
โ€ข Maintain deep technical knowledge of the OMS platform to provide guidance and troubleshooting issues as needed.
โ€ข Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for OMS-related projects, from planning and design through to implementation and maintenance.
โ€ข Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product management, inventory, and logistics) to ensure alignment on requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
โ€ข Implement and oversee Agile processes (e.g., sprint planning, code reviews) to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
