The primary place of performance will be at DIA Facilities across the National Capital Region (NCR). Responsibilities: This opportunity will support multiple DIA initiatives, including the Machine-Assisted Rapid-Repository System (MARS), Object Management Services (OMS), and Object-Based Intelligence (OBI). • The Geospatial Analyst (OBI Advanced Analytic Method Augmentation), Conducts geospatial analysis of objects, networks, and persons using geospatial tools, methodologies, spatial-temporal data, imagery, social and physical sciences. • Exploits imagery, vector, and other data types to include non-geospatially correlated data to locate, identify, and map objects in the spatial domain.

• Provides analysis on, but is not limited to, terrain mapping, route planning, and maritime geospatial activity. • Possesses in depth knowledge and experience in conducting geospatial analysis of objects, networks, and persons using geospatial tools, methodologies, spatial-temporal data, imagery, social and physical sciences. • Possesses in-depth knowledge of integrating geospatial data into all source products or analytical workflows, and at building and explaining geospatial models that leverage statistics, data science, and appropriate quantitative methods.

• Analyzes and characterizes spatial-temporal data using GIS such as ArcGIS or QGIS. • Serves as the primary POC for geospatial expertise, ensuring tradecraft compliance and analytic standards as it relates to geospatial analysis on the contract. • Provides advice on emerging geospatial methods, tools, algorithms, training, or requirements to advance DIA's analytic edge in relation to geospatial analysis.

• Uses geospatial tools, enterprise capabilities, methodologies, spatial & temporal data, imagery, social and physical sciences to exploit imagery, vector, and other data types - including non-geospatially correlated data to identify and characterize evidence to support all-source analytic assessments. • Employs new and improved methodologies or data sets to address information gaps and identify areas of information to help resolve complex analytic problems and to ensure solutions to analytical problems are rigorous and logical. • Exploits an understanding of community data sets, agency programs, machine learning, data science, and related disciplines to collaborate on analytic projects or programs throughout the DoD, IC, CCMDs, Foreign Partners, Academia, and Industry.

• Provides deliverables that enhance analytic insight through the integration of new data sets and advanced analytic methods. • Integrates geospatial data, techniques, and tools into workflows that respond to analytic requirements and client needs. • Leverages cartographic principles in all map products to ensure ease of use and interpretation.

• Supports DIA efforts to vet or validate existing or emerging programs and capabilities. • Develops or discovers algorithms and solutions to analyze, process, or visualize data that is larger than RAM or requires distributed processing. Required qualifications/skills: • Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years with a bachelor's degree.
