Job description

  • Assist as necessary in the marketing, showing and rental of apartments including maintenance of inquiry and waiting lists for prompt rental of vacant units
  • Communicate with prospects, residents, supervisors, telephone callers, suppliers, contractors, and the neighborhood in a professional manner
  • Maintain good public relations with the community by conducting all property activities in a professional manner
  • Assist the Site Manager with the overall cleanliness of the property. Property grounds, landscaping, laundry room, parking lots and common areas must always be kept clean and free of debris. This includes snow/ice removal
  • Complete building and unit tenant turnovers including conducting move out inspections, completion of Turnover Worksheet recording calculation of charges, maintenance, repair, cleaning, and painting
  • Open/close show/model units. Ensure they are clean and presentable
  • Maintain occupancy standards at the assigned property, which requires minimum of 5 applications per week and ensure rental applications are processed/approved within 72 hrs of receipt
  • Update market surveys on a weekly basis
