Job description

Job Overview: Keurig Dr Pepper continues to advance its eCommerce/OMNI operations and capabilities in the highly dynamic and rapidly evolving online grocery retail industry. This position is a cross-functional career development role on the National Retail Sales Center of Excellence eCom/OMNI Operations team, reporting directly to the Sr. Director, eCom/OMNI Strategy & Operations.

The eCom/OMNI Senior Operations Manager will be primarily responsible for 1) Enabling and expanding the online presence of our KDP portfolio of licensed Trademarks and brands with eRetailers (ie. Amazon.com, Amazon Fresh, Walmart.com, Kroger Ocado, Samsclub.com, etc) and their respective eCom/OMNI modalities (ie. Ship-to-Home, Pick Up and Delivery, Micro Fulfillment and Last mile delivery models)

2) Commercial leadership and operational strategies to enable our eCom/OMNI retailers to maximize our KDP trademarks geographically through our KDP Route-To-Market (RTM) network while maximizing profitable solutions for KDP and its respective licensed RTM bottlers. 3) Advancing our eCom/OMNI growth strategy and a critical role in driving KDP online revenue for prioritized eCom/OMNI retailers and RTM Bottlers. The candidate will play a strategic role in managing and developing the eCommerce/OMNI strategy, planning, operations and collaboration with our National Retail Sales (NRS) partners and the KDP RTM distribution network for the Cold Beverage portfolio.

The candidate will proactively contribute to the progress of the KDP eCommerce/OMNI online business strategies and performance by leading multi-faceted, integrated commercial business solutions for KDP to unlock and scale distribution of our KDP portfolio with eCommerce/OMNI Grocery Retailers and enable a seamless shopping experience to consumers. Responsibilities: Serves as the primary, eCom/OMNI Operations lead and centralized NRS contact to commercially evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage and implement the KDP eCOM/OMNI Fulfillment initiatives and processes across both internal and external cross functional partners for any given NRS account. Leads and facilitates the eCom/Omni Fulfillment Processes & Commercialization (End-to-end Set Up / Order Management / Reporting & Analytics) for designated eCom/OMNI grocery retailers partnering with supporting KDP Commercial teams Provides in-depth KDP Trademark and assortment analysis and licensing road maps of KDP Route-To-Market (RTM) ecosystem to support and enable eCom/OMNI Retailers Fulfillment Centers to deliver or ship to designated geographic service areas/zip codes.

Secures accurate eCom/OMNI eRetailer POS reporting for designated accounts for reconciliation of contractual remuneration payments to KDP RTM Bottlers and Distributors Provides integrated reporting and analytics to measure KDP, retailer and RTM performance, proactively identifying opportunities and addressing challenges to optimize and drive results Leads and initiates Master Data and SAP set up for designated OMNI Retailers and KDP RTM Bottlers and ensures accurate implementation of Master Data pricing updates and uploads. Works with KDP Legal to initiate and negotiate eCom/OMNI agreements with eRetailer's who want to implement shipping and/or delivery fulfillment models where KDP portfolio is delivered into cross franchised licensed territories. Ability to create and deliver customer centric, persuasive selling materials to communicate data driven insights, recommendations for improvements and advancements.

Partners with NRS and RTM teams to facilitate discovery and exploration steps for Omni Micro Fulfillment initiatives with current and future Grocery Retailer Accounts to support operations and expansion plans Acts as an invaluable strategic partner to internal stakeholders - Serving as an operational and management source of expertise, advising and partnering to drive continual assessment, advancement and governance of the KDP eCom/OMNI Fulfillment strategy, implementation and scale. Core Competencies: Strong analytical skills- Expert financial acumen and financial systems knowledge with expert data analytics skills and capabilities; retailer analytics and interpretation; advanced Microsoft office suite capabilities collectively leveraged to deliver targeted success eBusiness acumen - extensive experience or knowledge working with eCommerce and OMNI modalities, i.e. Home Delivery, Click and Collect, and National Ship Pure Play eRetailers and ability to engage, communicate and integrate sales, commercial operations and data analytics capabilities Cross-functional engagement and leadership- proven ability to work within a matrixed organization through influencing and managing relationships effectively and driving results cross functionally, both internally and externally (National Retail Sales, RTM, Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain/Order Management, RGM, Category Management, OMNI Marketing, Legal/Licensing and IT) Proactive planning and communication skills- proven ability and capability to develop supporting commercial tools and playbooks including, but not limited to, Commercial Operations Plans, joint business planning and reviews, eCom/OMNI Retailer and RTM updates, scorecards and sales forecasts supported with concise internal and external communication Strong problem-solving capabilities- proven track record of identifying viable and sound business solutions to complex problems and challenges, in environments with limited, partial and complex data information and ability to think commercially and broadly for implications Work Standards- Setting high standards of performance for self and others; assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks; agile leadership approach that inspires confidence, motivates teammates, and encourages creative problem-solving Driving for Results- High Performance talent setting high goals for personal and group accomplishment; using measurement methods to monitor progress toward goals; tenaciously working to meet or exceed goals while deriving satisfaction from that achievement and continuous improvement
