We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer with expertise in Omni-Channel and Service Cloud to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying custom solutions within the Salesforce platform to enhance customer service operations, optimize case management, and integrate multi-channel communications for better service delivery.
Responsibilities:
  • Omni-Channel Configuration & Development:
  • Configure and maintain Omni-Channel for handling real-time, multi-channel customer interactions across email, chat, voice, social media, and other platforms.
  • Develop customized routing rules, skills-based routing, and queues to ensure efficient and effective case resolution.
  • Implement and manage Omni-Channel widgets, presence statuses, and queues to optimize agent workloads.
  • Service Cloud Development & Customization:
  • Customize and extend Salesforce Service Cloud to meet business requirements, including case management, knowledge management, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Develop custom lightning components, Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages to enhance Service Cloud functionality.
