Job Description

Validate the current deployment architecture/implementation design in Customer Integration/Production environments.

Provide additional design recommendations on currently deployed architecture of HP OO, if any.

Provide recommendations for High-Availability and Disaster Recovery architecture of HP OO.

Assist with installation of Operation Orchestration 10.x in one Integration and two production environments - Vienna and Winchester. 

Validate integration between OO and HP Service Manager (ie Content Pack)

Development/Migration of OO flow for two-way integration with SM (Create Ticket/Close Ticket)

Development/Migration of OO flow for Closed Loop Incident Process (CLIP) for remediation like stopping/starting services triggered from OMi

Mentoring of NFCU Automation resources on OO flow development, trouble-shooting and content export and import.


Qualifications

5+ years of experience in architecting, planning, delivering, installing, configuring, assessing and upgrading HP Operations Orchestration and Automation Solutions


HP Certified resource


Ability to lead the technical engagement and deliver values to the customer (e.g. High-Availability, Operations, Development of flows, integration and REST APIs)


Overall domain knowledge about infrastructure, system management, middleware, Databases, application and IT service management


Specific domain knowledge on various Automation solution products (e.g. HP Operations Orchestration (OO) and HP Server Automation (SA) ,


Expertise in procedures for maintenance, operations, task automation and general aspects of HP Automation platform


Experienced in developing HP Operation Orchestration (OO) workflows to automate and orchestrate defined IT processes.


Experienced in designing, planning and implementing HP Operations Orchestration solution


Experienced in integrating HP OO with other supported IT systems and solutions.


Experienced in Knowledge Transfer/Mentoring activities
