We are looking for a full-time Service Desk Technician (Level 1) to join our team, Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. This position assists with driving our mission by providing support to our clients with any issues they may experience. This position also contributes to our team by implementing best practices for the ultimate benefit of our clients.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Maintain high-quality end-user support for clients
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues
  • Provide resolutions in a professional and timely manner
  • Document processes thoroughly, as a guide for future issues


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Proven written and oral communication skills
  • Possess an inclination for learning new technologies quickly
  • Experience with or exposure to: Windows Server, Office365, Local Exchange, Active Directory services, Cloud Services, Multi-platform environments, Remote Access, Firewalls, LANs, WANs, VPNs
