Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager – US IT Staffing to drive client acquisition and revenue growth across the U.S. market.

This role requires a seasoned sales professional with proven experience in US IT staffing business development, strong client relationship management skills, and the ability to consistently generate and close new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, target-oriented, and confident in engaging hiring managers, procurement leaders, and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in the US IT staffing market
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand Omega Hires' client portfolio
  • Engage hiring managers and decision-makers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
  • Understand client hiring needs and position tailored staffing solutions
  • Schedule and lead client meetings, requirement discussions, and follow-ups

Sales Execution & Pipeline Management

  • Manage full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Maintain and track leads, conversions, and forecasts in CRM systems
  • Collaborate closely with recruiting teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements
  • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 9–15 years of experience in Business Development within US IT Staffing
  • Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Confidence in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
  • Strong pipeline management and CRM proficiency
  • Target-driven and self-motivated mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Established network within US hiring managers or procurement teams
  • Experience working with MSP/VMS models
  • Strong understanding of US IT hiring trends and staffing compliance
