Job description

As an Infant Toddler Preschool Teacher, you will lead a classroom of 10-14 children aged 18-36 months, fostering early development through the Reggio Emilia approach. You will collaborate on curriculum development and ensure a nurturing, engaging environment while maintaining strong communication with parents. This role reports directly to the Center Director.

Responsibilities

  • Manage classroom environment for 18-36 month olds
  • Communicate regularly with parents about child progress
  • Implement Reggio Emilia teaching philosophy
  • Collaborate on curriculum development
  • Maintain orderly and safe classroom management

Required Qualifications

  • 12 core Early Childhood Education units
  • Additional 3 units in Infant/Toddler Development

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in early childhood education
  • CPR and First Aid Certification
