Job description

We're hiring Class A CDL drivers within 90 miles of the Houston area for OTR opportunities. Experienced drivers can run solo or choose to become a Driver Mentor for additional earning potential.
New CDL holders are also welcome to apply for available training opportunities.
Solo OTR Position

  • Typically 10-14 days out
  • No-touch freight
  • Consistent OTR miles
  • Late-model equipment
  • Weekly pay
  • Home time between trips
  • Year-round freight
Experienced Solo Pay: $0.45-$0.55 CPM, based on qualifying experience.
Additional performance and mileage incentives may be available.
Driver Mentor Opportunity
Experienced drivers interested in training new CDL holders may choose the Mentor program.
Mentors typically spend approximately 11 days OTR with each student, including an observation day followed by qualifying training days. Mentors receive priority mileage opportunities and additional compensation while training.
Mentor Compensation:
  • Base pay: $0.45-$0.55 CPM, based on experience
  • Additional $0.10 CPM while mentoring
  • Up to $0.10 CPM additional productivity pay
  • Additional bonus opportunities may apply
Mentors may take home time or return to solo driving between students.
New CDL Holders
Recently earned your Class A CDL? Training opportunities are available.
New drivers complete initial training followed by OTR training with an experienced mentor. Drivers with less than three months of qualifying experience start at $0.35 CPM while building their first three months of experience.
After reaching three months of qualifying experience, drivers may transition to the experienced solo pay range of $0.45-$0.55 CPM, based on applicable experience and qualifications.

  • Must live within 90 miles of Houston, TX
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Experienced Solo/Mentor applicants need at least 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience
  • Must meet DOT and company qualification requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
