Capital Projects Midland Check In Associate
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous Pipe, Valve, and Fittings (PVF) experience is required.
  • Working knowledge of common pipe, valves, fittings, flanges, and related oilfield/industrial materials, including the ability to assist with identifying and verifying materials.
  • Previous experience in receiving, warehouse operations, inventory, oilfield supply, construction materials, or a related environment preferred.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record in accordance with company requirements.
  • Must be able and willing to safely pull and operate a non-CDL trailer loaded with materials using a company vehicle.
  • Must be comfortable loading, securing, transporting, and unloading materials when required.
  • Basic understanding of proper load securement and safe material transportation practices.
  • Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and company software.
  • Ability to accurately check materials against purchase orders, packing slips, transfer documents, and other paperwork.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with employees, vendors, customers, and drivers.
  • Dependable and able to work independently after appropriate training.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Job Responsibilities
In addition to regular check-in responsibilities, the Associate may be required to:
  • Identify and verify incoming pipe, valves, fittings, flanges, and other PVF materials.
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials.
  • Pick up, deliver, or transfer materials between RK Supply locations, vendors, project sites, or other designated locations.
  • Safely operate a company vehicle while pulling a non-CDL trailer containing materials.
  • Properly secure materials before transportation and verify loads prior to departure.
  • Assist Capital Projects personnel with material movement, staging, organization, and delivery as needed.
