Job description

Front End Loader
Location: Houston, TX 77015
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, overtime available and must work rotation shifts
Hourly Rate: $20 per hour
Employment Type: Contract to full-time hire
About the Role:
Integrity Trade Services is hiring Equipment Operator/Front End Loader for an international cement manufacturing and packing facility in the Houston area to start at $20 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
Under direct supervision is operating front end loader and other heavy equipment. Moves material to and from designated areas. Inspects incoming material and fills out necessary paperwork. Conducts daily inspection of equipment. Follows all safety rules and procedures. Maintains a safe and clean work area. Handles special projects, as assigned:
  • Moves crude ore from stock piles to crusher system feed hopper with front end loader
  • Blends crude ore as instructed by plant management
  • Load bulk trucks using computerized scale and loading system
  • Strictly adhere to all facility safety policies and procedures
  • Inspects Front End loader at the beginning of the shift making sure fuel, water and oil are at proper levels and checks the brakes, hydraulics, greases the bucket and checks any areas directed by management. All deficiencies are reports to management as they are discovered
  • Inspects crushing circuit at the beginning of the shift to ensure all safe guards are in place and all equipment is operating as designed. Monitor operation of crushing circuit during shift. All deficiencies are reports to management as they are discovered.
  • Keep crushing area clean
  • Assist in other maintenance or production areas as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
  • Must have forklift experience
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Able to demonstrate knowledge of general equipment, maintenance, care and use of safety equipment on each piece of machinery
  • Understand and demonstrate proper rigging for lifting of material and other equipment, hand signals, spotter responsibility and lesser skilled work
  • Must be able to pass screenings
