Job Title: Roustabout Crew Pusher
Location: Wyoming
Job Summary: As a Roustabout Crew Pusher you will be responsible for performing various manual labor tasks to support oil and gas production operations on well sites in Wyoming. This role involves maintaining equipment, ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the work environment, and leading other crew members in various tasks. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for advancement in the oil and gas industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Maintenance & Housekeeping:

Clean and maintain well sites, tank batteries, and production equipment.
Repair or replace damaged equipment, fences, and containment systems.
Keep work areas free of debris and ensure safe working conditions
Apply paint and rustproofing to metal surfaces to prevent corrosion
Equipment & Pipeline Support:
Assist in installing and repairing pipelines, flowlines, and fittings
Support the maintenance of wellheads, pumps, and separators.
Perform general labor such as digging trenches, shoveling dirt, and leveling ground.
Operate and maintain water transfer and oilfield service equipment.
General Labor & Heavy Equipment Operation:
Assist in moving and positioning heavy equipment and materials.
Operate forklifts, skid steers, and other heavy machinery after training.
Load and unload materials such as pipes, valves, and equipment.
Transport tools and supplies to work locations.
Safety & Compliance:
Follow all company and industry safety protocols, including wearing required PPE.
Attend regular safety meetings and participate in training sessions.
Identify and report safety hazards to supervisors.
Comply with environmental regulations and proper waste disposal procedures.
Weather & Field Conditions:
Work in extreme weather conditions, including cold winters and hot summers.
Travel to remote job sites across Wyoming, sometimes requiring long hours.
Be prepared for physically demanding work, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Basic Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical skills.
Pipeline installation, Oilfield Facility Construction and oilfield equipment operation.
Physical & Mental Strength:
Ability to lift 50-100 lbs repeatedly.
Capability to work long hours, often 10-12 hours per day, in all weather conditions.
Strong focus and attention to detail for maintaining a safe work environment.
Teamwork & Communication:
Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and deliver mentorship & instruction to your crew members.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with crew members.
Education & Certifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Valid driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred but not required).
Safe land Safety Training (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
First Aid and CPR certification (preferred but not required).
Forklift or heavy equipment operation certification (preferred but not required).
Ability to successfully complete a post-offer/pre-employment drug screen, background check, physical, and to be able to meet all physical requirements of the job
Work Environment & Schedule:
5 on 2 off schedule with probable overtime, including weekends and holidays.
Work performed in remote locations with potential travel between sites.
Exposure to dirt, dust, loud noises, and extreme weather conditions.
