Job description

Brooks Grease Serviceis adding a Plant Operator to our growing Kansas City plant. A Successful candidate is a reliable, dependable, motivated and able to take direction and work independently and with others. This is a physical, manual labor job which requires the operator to be outdoors in all kinds of weather conditions, which may be extreme.


Job Description:

  • Loading and Offloading of Used Cooking Oil
  • Lifting 50 lbs. occasionally
  • Building Cooking Oil Containers
  • Organizing Outside/Inside Inventory
  • Cleaning/Refurbishing containers as they arrive
  • Picking up trash and general upkeep of the property
  • Cleaning the grease/ oil off plant equipment and pavement for the safety of all
  • Managing time well and changing tasks as requested by management and co-workers
  • May be required to ride with drivers to customer locations to set up/pick up oil containers, assist with clean-up of spills, and other tasks
  • Ability to properly drive a Forklift and Skid Steer - Fork Lift Certification is a Plus!!
  • Normal working hours are Mon- Fri 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
