We are actively seeking multiple diligent and dependable Oilfield Yard Hands / General Laborers to join our team in the Fort Lupton, CO area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for a stable position with a commitment to plenty of work hours. (LOCAL APPLICANTS ONLY)
Compensation amp; Schedule:
Pay/Salary: $19.50 per hour, with an overtime rate of $29.25 per hour.
Schedule: Day shift, guaranteeing a minimum of 40 hours per week, weekly overtime likely.
Availability: WEEKENDS ARE REQUIRED for this position.

Detailed Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of essential yard operations, ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient working environment. Key responsibilities include:
  • Fluid Management and Handling: Safely and accurately mix, prepare, and handle various fluids and materials specifically designated for oilfield operations, strictly following all safety protocols and mixing ratios.
  • Yard Maintenance and Organization: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization across the entire work area, including storage facilities, equipment staging areas, and general yard space. This involves sweeping, clearing debris, and managing inventory flow.
  • Equipment and Tool Support: Assist with the loading, unloading, organizing, and inspection of equipment, tools, and supplies.
  • General Labor and Support: Perform other labor-intensive and general duties as assigned by the supervisor, which may include manual lifting, moving materials, and providing support to field operations personnel.
Requirements for the Oilfield Yard Hand / General Laborer
Candidates must meet the following mandatory requirements to be considered for this role:
  • Driving Credentials: Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
  • This position is subject to post-offer background screening and other eligibility requirements, consistent with Colorado law.
