The Oil Change Tech must be able to:

  • Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies
  • Test-drive vehicles
  • Own your own tools
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed.
Qualifications
  • Entry-Level Position. No Certifications required. . .
  • Will train High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
  • Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with eagerness to improve
  • Ability to learn new technology
  • Repair and service procedures and specifications
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record . .
  • State inspection License
