REIC Rentals is hiring a courteous and detail-oriented Service Technician (a.k.a Equipment Mechanic). Our ideal candidate has experience working on a wide variety of equipment (both diesel and gasoline), values safety, and enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with: Mechanic work on all types of equipment from gas to diesel vehicles, to general tool to dirt moving and ariel equipment, working outside in all types of weather conditions.
Training provided (in addition to OJT): REIC Rentals Safety, Equipment, and Process training.
About the Role
As an Equipment Mechanic, you'll primarily work in our shop performing maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, including diesel and gasoline-powered equipment over 10,000 lbs. When equipment returns from the field, you'll inspect it for damage, complete necessary repairs, and perform preventative maintenance to keep our fleet operating safely and efficiently. Occasional field service may be required as needed.

What You'll Do
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel and gasoline-poweredequipment, primarily in the shop with occasional field service as needed.
