Job Description - Floorhand (Entry-Level)ย 

As a Floorhand,ย you'llย play a key role in rig operations while gaining valuable hands-on experience.ย You'llย be responsible forย a variety of physically demanding tasks on the rig, including:ย 

  • Operating manual tongs and slips to connect/disconnect tubularsย 
  • Assistingย in rig maintenance, cleaning, and organizationย 
  • Supporting the rig crew in daily drilling activitiesย 
  • Participating in safety procedures andย identifyingย potential hazardsย 
  • Attending training and development programs to enhance your skillsย 

What We Needย Fromย You:ย 

  • 2+ years ofย recentย outdoor heavy labour experience (or oil rig experience preferred)ย 
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportationย 
  • Able to pass drug and fitness assessmentsย 
  • Physically fit - capable ofย lifting upย to 75ย lbsย 
  • Commitment to safety and ability to follow detailed proceduresย
