Salary Range: $200,000 - $215,000
Company Summary:
Enerfab has over 120 years of experience, offering fabrication and construction capabilities to a wide
variety of customers for the chemical, food & beverage, oil & gas, heavy industrial and power industries.
Founded in 1901, our company began making sealants and lacquers — including a patented formula for
brewer’s pitch — for beer tanks and vessels. Over the last century, our expanded capabilities, project
experience, safety record, and commitment to quality have made Enerfab one of the industry leaders in
shop fabrication, field erection and construction and maintenance services.
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of
industrial construction projects. This role involves project management, client communication, team
leadership, and a focus on safety, quality, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
1. Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of industrial construction projects, ensuring adherence
to project specifications, budgets, and schedules.
2. Develop and manage project execution plans, timelines, and budgets.
3. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
4. Implement and assure adherence to processes associated with project controls and change
management.
Client Relationship Management:
1. Establish and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
2. Conduct regular client meetings to provide project updates and address concerns.
3. Ensure client satisfaction and seek opportunities for additional work.
Team Leadership:
1. Assemble project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers.
2. Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and
safety standards.
3. Mentor and develop junior project management staff.
4. Develop and maintain good working relationships with associated Building Trades and labor representatives supporting the projects.
Safety and Quality Assurance:
1. Promote and maintain a strong safety culture on project sites, ensuring compliance with safety
regulations and company policies.
2. Implement and enforce quality control processes to meet project specifications.
3. Lead incident investigations and develop corrective action plans.
Financial Management:
1. Manage project budgets and financial performance, including cost tracking, forecasting, and
profitability analysis.
2. Monitor and control project expenses and optimize resource allocation.
3. Review and approve project invoices and change orders.
Risk Management:
1. Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
2. Ensure that project insurance and bonding requirements are met.
Client Reporting:
1. Prepare and deliver regular project reports to clients and senior management.
2. Address client requests, issues, and changes promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; professional
certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus. Relevant field experience and management experience may
be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.
• 8+ years of experience in industrial construction project management, including leadership roles.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within
budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction project management processes, including scheduling,
budgeting, and risk management.
