Job Description Sales Representative - Oil & Gas Territory: Northern Pennsylvania and surrounding area Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to manage and grow business throughout Northern Pennsylvania and the surrounding region. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and increasing sales within the oil & gas, energy, and industrial markets. The ideal candidate has experience selling bulk fluids such as lubricants, fuels, glycols, or other industrial products and is comfortable managing a territory independently while building long-term customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify, prospect, and secure new customers within the oil & gas, industrial, and energy sectors. Grow sales of bulk and packaged lubricants, glycol, and related industrial products and services. Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue goals.

Conduct customer site visits, sales presentations, and product demonstrations. Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close new business opportunities. Maintain an active sales pipeline and forecast future business.

Account Management Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers. Monitor customer inventory levels and anticipate future product needs. Coordinate deliveries with internal logistics and operations teams.

Resolve customer issues quickly while maintaining a high level of service. Identify opportunities to expand product offerings through upselling and cross-selling. Market Intelligence Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market conditions within the assigned territory.

Stay informed on industry developments, infrastructure projects, and regional market opportunities. Provide regular territory updates, sales forecasts, and activity reports to leadership. Represent the company at industry trade shows, networking events, and professional associations.

Qualifications Required 3+ years of outside sales experience within oil & gas, petroleum distribution, chemicals, industrial products, or a related industry. Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory. Preferred Experience selling bulk lubricants, fuels, antifreeze, methanol, glycol, or other petroleum-related products. Strong understanding of the regional oil & gas or industrial market.

Existing relationships with upstream, midstream, downstream, or industrial customers. Technical knowledge of petroleum, lubricants, or glycol applications. Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.

Key Competencies Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Comfortable working independently in a field-based sales environment.
