SUMMARY
Provides Security for the Resort residents and reports fires, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry by performing the following duties. This position is part-time.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Patrols, periodically, the buildings and grounds of the Resort.
• Examines doors, windows, buildings, and gates to determine that they are secure.
• Warns violators of rule infractions, such as traffic violations or excessive noise, investigates, and notifies the Cocopah Police Department of persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts.
• Watches for and reports irregularities such as fire hazards, leaking water pipes, and security doors left unlocked.
• Assists the Lead Supervisor to ensure RV vehicles are cleaned, maintained, and fueled at all times.
• Permits authorized persons to enter the property.
• Registers at the guard shack to record the time of inspection trips.
• Records data such as property damage and unusual occurrences.
• Periodically escorts new arrivals to the park to their respective sites
• Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Current valid Arizona Driver's License
• Must be able to pass a DPS/FBI fingerprint background check.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
• High School Diploma/GED required
• 2 years of work experience in a related field is preferred
