  • Configure and support OIC adapters (REST, SOAP, FTP, ICS, DB, ERP Cloud, Workday, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Build and manage REST APIs, SOAP services, and event-based integrations using Oracle PaaS tools.
  • Create and troubleshoot mappings using XSLT, JSON, XML, JavaScript, and transformation rules.

  • Implement best-practice patterns for performance, reusability, error handling, and logging.
  • Optimize integration run times and resolve technical bottlenecks.
  • Maintain technical documentation, integration catalogs, API libraries, and support SOPs.

Support & Operations:

  • Troubleshoot integration failures, performance issues, and data flow problems.
  • Provide production support, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis.
  • Work with Oracle Support for SR management and platform-level issues.

Collaboration & Governance:

  • Work with cross-functional teams (ERP, HCM, Supply Chain, Finance, Security, Cloud Infrastructure).
  • Ensure integrations adhere to security, data privacy, and compliance requirements.
  • Support change management, release planning, and integration governance processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in integration development, with 3+ years hands-on OIC.
  • Strong experience in OIC Design, Orchestration, Connectivity Agents, Schedules, and Adapters.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Ability to interact with business users and convert requirements into technical solutions.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Capability to work independently and in globally distributed teams.
