Employer & Industry UsageCommon in organizations using Oracle cloud solutions and enterprise integrationsUsed across various industries for enabling application communication and data exchange

Oic Developers focus on integrating cloud services using Oracle Integration Cloud, while Api Developers specialize in creating and managing APIs for application connectivity. Both roles require technical skills but differ in tools and focus areas, making them distinct yet complementary in enterprise IT environments.

What is an OCI developer?

An OCI developer specializes in working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), designing, deploying, and managing cloud-based applications and services on Oracle's cloud platform. They typically have skills in cloud architecture, scripting, and tools like Terraform or OCI SDKs to automate and optimize cloud resources.

What is the role of OIC developer?

An OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) developer designs, develops, and maintains integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud to connect various cloud and on-premises applications. They work with tools like flow designer, adapters, and APIs, often requiring knowledge of scripting, REST, and SOAP protocols.
