About the Department
Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Leads the end-to-end support, customization, integration, and maintenance of Oracle EPM modules, with a strong emphasis on UCPLAN, ensuring solutions align with campus financial planning requirements.
- Serves as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for both UCPLAN and Oracle EPM modules, providing guidance on architecture and technical domain best practices.
- Designs, develops, and tests innovative configurations and extensions across Oracle EPM modules as required.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyzes business processes, and designs effective technical solutions.
- Facilitates workshops, documents requirements, and leads gap analysis sessions to recommend scalable solutions that support evolving campus needs.
- Troubleshoots complex system issues and provides advanced support for incident resolution, application upgrades, and patch management.
- Monitors system performance, conducts root cause analysis, and implements corrective actions for recurring issues.
- Configures and customizes Oracle Cloud EPM modules, and manages service requests and escalations.
- Mentors team members and stakeholders on EPM best practices.
- Recommends process improvements in existing applications and revises existing system logic difficulties as necessary. Designs, develops, and implements new applications, systems architecture, network systems, and applications infrastructures.
- Communicates and presents on system enhancements and/or alternatives to colleagues in IT management.
- Performs other related work as needed.

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of progressive EPM experience, including at least seven years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM.
- Demonstrated expertise across both technical and functional domains of Oracle EPM, including EDMCS, EPBCS, FCCS, PCMCS, ARCS, Freeform.
- Proficient with Oracle EPM data architecture, integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud), Oracle EPM Automate, and Oracle EPM data workflow.
- Proven leadership experience leading cross-functional teams, delivering complex EPM implementations, and supporting enterprise-scale environments.
- Background in higher education or nonprofit environments.
Certifications:
- Oracle Cloud Certification, functional and/or technical.
Technical Skills or Knowledge:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), FBDI/ADFDI, and other Oracle tools.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, financial controls, and audit processes impacting ERP systems.
- Track record of delivering successful ERP projects in a lead or architect role.
