• 3+ years Oracle Field Service Cloud experience.

Oracle Field Service Implementation
• Lead Oracle Field Service Cloud implementation and enhancement projects.
• Conduct business requirement workshops with stakeholders.
• Configure OFS according to operational and business requirements.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions.
• Support solution design, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
Field Workforce Management
• Configure workforce structures including:
