KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Oracle HCM for our Consulting practice.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead Technical work for Cloud HCM implementation projects that includes data conversions, integrations, extensions and fast formulas
  • Formulate data conversion and integration strategy for HCM cloud application tailored to client needs
  • Prepare high-level and detailed technical project plan and schedule for construct phase of the project including data mapping workshop sessions, integration functional and technical design sessions; articulate delivered Cloud SaaS data extraction tools and capabilities and preform final review the technical SDLC deliverables before submitting to client
  • Collaborate with other project team members such as functional consultants to understand the impact of configurations on data conversion or integrations and collaborate with and lead the offshore technical team
  • Deliver the technical work of the project within allocated budget, scope and timeline and provide status and report issues to the Project Manager on a regular basis
  • Manage the SDLC activities through regular cadence calls with required stakeholders and status dashboards; liaise, coordinate with and guide the client technical lead as needed; handle technical issues, analyze and take appropriate action to remediate issues

Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience with Oracle HCM cloud technology, including at least two end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations leading data conversions and integrations
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science or a related field from an accredited college/university
  • Extensive experience in working with Oracle HCM Cloud technology and tools such as HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Reports
  • Experience in working with Oracle Integration Cloud and advanced Excel skills such as Pivot, VLookup, writing VBA macros, Microsoft Project with sound knowledge in data conversion tools and integration tools for Oracle Cloud
  • Ability to lead and collaborate well with the offshore teams with strong written and oral with business analysis and requirements capturing abilities
  • Ability to travel as necessary
