Requirement/Must Have:

  • Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid delivery models.
  • Experience managing distributed onsite-offshore delivery teams.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Cloud, APIs, Microservices, and Enterprise Applications.
  • Experience working with Java, Telecom BSS/OSS, Digital Platforms, or Enterprise Systems.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, Release Management, and Production Support processes.
  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Power BI.
  • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience managing executive and business leadership interactions.
  • Flexible to support customer time zones.
  • Ability to coordinate across global teams.
  • Willingness to travel based on business requirements.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies.
  • Drive project execution across onsite and offshore teams.
  • Ensure timely delivery of milestones, releases, and customer commitments.
  • Conduct project governance reviews and provide regular status reporting to leadership.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Lead solution discussions, requirement clarifications, and prioritization workshops.
  • Build strong relationships with customer teams and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate executive-level reviews and steering committee meetings.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to define technical solutions.
  • Review application design, integration architecture, release plans, and implementation strategies.
  • Support technical decision-making and risk mitigation.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies and program increment planning activities.
  • Monitor sprint progress, velocity, delivery commitments, and quality metrics.
  • Coordinate among Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Development, QA, and Operations teams.
  • Remove delivery blockers and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage project financials, forecasts, budgets, and revenue realization.
  • Track resource utilization and capacity planning.
  • Support SOW management, change requests, and invoicing activities.
  • Ensure achievement of project margin and profitability targets.
  • Identify project risks proactively and execute mitigation plans.
  • Escalate critical issues appropriately and drive resolution.
  • Monitor dependencies across multiple teams and vendors.
  • Maintain RAID logs and governance documentation.
Nice to Have:
  • PMP, Prince2, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred.
