Job Description: Analytics Lead (8+ years)

Role Overview

The Analytics Lead will oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise business intelligence solutions. This role bridges the gap between technical offshore development teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-performing data products.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Architecture

  • Define Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and robust deployment frameworks within Power BI and Tableau ecosystems.
  • Optimize Performance: Troubleshoot, tune, and resolve data model and dashboard performance bottlenecks.
  • Enforce Best Practices: Establish and maintain governance standards for data visualization, UX/UI, and documentation.
  • Manage Security: Implement robust Row-Level Security (RLS) and access control protocols across platforms.

Stakeholder Engagement & Community Building

  • Gather Requirements: Translate ambiguous business requests into structured functional specifications.
  • Foster Community: Act as a data evangelist to drive analytics adoption and self-service capabilities across business units.
  • Facilitate UAT: Lead User Acceptance Testing processes to ensure data accuracy and business alignment before deployment.

Delivery & Team Management

  • Guide Offshore Teams: Direct day-to-day operations, task allocation, and technical solutions for the offshore engineering team.
  • Bridge the Gap: Convert complex functional business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
