In our organization, the Quality Clerk has a critical and challenging role in helping achieve innovation and meeting our commitments.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Assist staff with general documentation requirements, filing and document submittal preparation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Copy data books.
  • Scan data books.
  • Bookmark scanned files.
  • Burn CD’s of data books.
  • Input scanned data books into secure network drive.
  • Purchase supplies for the department.
  • Stock all copiers and printers daily with paper.
  • Keep QC Library and Copier rooms organized.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist any and all personnel with general clerical requirements.
  • Assemble product binders for customer distribution.
  • Any other duties assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous clerical experience.
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Computer literate.
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged sitting, standing, walking, bending, squatting and/or stooping.
  • CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS – 

    By contractual requirements this position requires that all persons establish proof of US Citizenship.  Dual Citizenship (US citizenship and citizenship of some other country) cannot be accepted.  You will be required to provide original or certified copies of documents establishing your citizenship prior to consideration for this position.
