Responsibilities

1. Consult on the existing problems of the clients and sell the solutions to business.
a. Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions based on the chosen cloud/platform.
b. Support project delivery through technical leadership and design expertise.
c. Strong problem solving skills - Ability to research and understand an undocumented set up and application
d. Proven ability to guide teams to design and create underlying data structure and data flows to support application build.
2. Establish steering committees and user groups to provide governance and control for enterprise application implementation/global roll outs.
3. Manage multiple concurrent Salesforce.com projects across business units for large enterprises.
4. Proven ability to guide teams to design and build web & mobile interfaces on the Force.com platform using Visualforce, Apex, SLDS and other available tools.
5. Demonstrated experience of unit, integration and end to end system testing and performance tuning of application.
6. Expertise in data modelling, data migration and both API and user interface development principles.
7. Provide appropriate development specifications and support Technical Consultants and fellow Architects in delivering solutions.
