Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Frontend Delivery
  • Define Jutro component architecture, theming, extensibility, and statemanagement standards.
  • Ensure Guidewire security compliance, performance optimization, and highquality UI implementation.
  • Design, develop, unittest, and deliver user stories with full ownership.
Integration & APIs
  • Work with PolicyCenter integration teams to consume REST APIs and Integration Gateway endpoints.
  • Implement robust error handling, retries, and observability for portal-service interactions.
UX & Accessibility
  • Collaborate with design teams to build responsive, accessible, brandconsistent experiences.
  • Drive localization, content modeling, and designsystem governance.
Quality & DevOps
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure offshore team deliverables meet standards.
  • Maintain CI/CD pipelines for builds, testing, and releases.
  • Enforce coding, security, and performance best practices.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  • Translate business needs into technical epics and implementation plans.
  • Coordinate with offshore teams while managing scope, risks, and technical debt.
  • Support BA/client teams for requirement gathering
Required Skills & Experience
  • 7-10 years frontend development experience; 3+ years with Jutro or component libraries.
  • Strong handson skills in Guidewire Jutro, React, TypeScript.Experience with REST APIs, JWT, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Expertise in performance tuning, accessibility, and crossbrowser validation.
  • Insurance domain knowledge (Agent/Customer portal, quote/bind/endorse).

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $100,000 to $125,000/Annum

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
