Role: Adobe Target Consultant – Experimentation Development (Web)
Location: Remote (USA)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Visa Type: USC / GC Only 

Must-Have Qualifications:
✔ 6–8 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Target implementation and experimentation development
✔ Strong expertise in Adobe Target activities including A/B Testing, Multivariate Testing (MVT), Experience Targeting (XT), Auto-Target, and Auto-Personalization
✔ Hands-on experience with end-to-end Adobe Target implementation, including at.js, mbox setup, activity configuration, QA, and validation
✔ Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and custom scripting for personalization
✔ Strong experience with HTML5 and CSS3 for front-end experiment implementation
✔ Experience developing profile scripts for audience creation, targeting, and personalization
✔ Expertise in QA, debugging, and troubleshooting Adobe Target activities across multiple browsers and devices
✔ Strong understanding of client-side data flows, personalization frameworks, and experimentation lifecycle management
✔ Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and experimentation strategies
✔ Experience gathering requirements, identifying dependencies, and collaborating with business stakeholders and product owners
✔ Experience coordinating with offshore development teams, managing daily standups, and tracking experiment delivery
✔ Strong ownership of the complete experiment lifecycle (Build → QA → Launch)
✔ Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with multiple concurrent experimentation initiatives
