Role Overview

The Vice President – Offshore Process Services is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational performance, and commercial growth of EnerMech’s global Offshore Process Services business.

Reporting to the Executive Leadership Team, this role will lead the development and execution of business strategy, ensuring safe, profitable, and consistent delivery across all operating regions. The successful candidate will drive business growth, strengthen key customer relationships, and provide leadership across offshore pre-commissioning, commissioning, leak testing, nitrogen services, chemical cleaning, flange management, bolting, pipeline services, and process system integrity solutions.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute the global Offshore Process Services strategy aligned with EnerMech’s growth objectives
  • Deliver annual revenue, profitability, cash flow, and operational performance targets
  • Lead business development activities and strengthen relationships with operators, EPC contractors, FPSO owners, shipyards, and offshore asset operators
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, budgeting, capital planning, and financial governance
  • Drive operational excellence, standardisation, utilisation, and continuous improvement across all regions
  • Ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality project delivery while promoting a strong culture of accountability and HSE leadership
  • Support major tenders, commercial negotiations, contract reviews, and strategic growth initiatives
  • Manage operational, commercial, and contractual risks across the business line
  • Develop high-performing teams, succession plans, and leadership capability throughout the organisation
  • Promote collaboration across EnerMech business lines to deliver integrated solutions and maximise customer value
Requirements
  • Degree qualified in Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience within offshore process services, pre-commissioning, commissioning, pipeline services, asset integrity, or related energy sectors
  • Demonstrated success managing P&L performance and leading multi-regional operations
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in business development, contract negotiations, and strategic account management
  • Proven ability to lead large operational teams and deliver complex offshore projects safely and profitably
  • Strong understanding of offshore construction, commissioning, FPSO, LNG, brownfield maintenance, and asset integrity environments
  • Experience working with international operators, EPC contractors, and major energy clients
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required
