Familiarity with offset presses, color calibration tools, and quality control systems is typically required, and some employers may prefer industry certifications like those from the Printing Industries of America. What does an offset printing job involve?

An Offset Printing job involves operating and maintaining printing presses that use offset lithography, a common commercial printing method. Workers set up the press, load paper and ink, calibrate settings, and ensure print quality by adjusting color and alignment.
