Job description

TEHORA est presentement a la recherche d'un(e) Gestionnaire / Responsable des soumissions afin de coordonner l'ensemble du processus de reponse aux appels d'offres.

La personne retenue sera responsable de la planification, de la coordination et de la qualite des soumissions, en assurant le respect des exigences clients et des echeanciers.

Sans etre exhaustifs, voici les services et livrables que devra fournir la personne retenue :

  • Coordonner l'ensemble du processus de soumission
  • Analyser les appels d'offres et definir la strategie de reponse
  • Planifier les echeanciers et repartir les taches
  • Assurer la conformite des soumissions
  • Superviser la redaction des sections techniques et administratives
  • Collaborer avec les equipes techniques et RH
  • Assurer la qualite et la coherence des documents
  • Gerer les priorites et multiples soumissions simultanees

Requirements

  • Detenir un diplome pertinent (administration, gestion, TI ou equivalent)
  • Posseder un minimum de 5 a 10 ans d'experience en gestion de soumissions ou appels d'offres
  • Avoir une excellente capacite d'organisation et de gestion des priorites
  • Demontrer un leadership et une capacite de coordination
  • Avoir d'excellentes competences redactionnelles
  • Maitriser le francais (anglais un atout)
  • Connaissances requises (atouts)
  • Experience en appels d'offres publics (SEAO, MERX, etc.)
  • Connaissance du domaine TI ou ingenierie
  • Experience en coordination multidisciplinaire
