  • Direct the strategic planning for upfront media buying, direct network partnerships, and programmatic video/audio investments to optimize media rates
  • Revolutionize creative strategy by collaborating with internal teams to build a robust pipeline of high-converting, platform-native assets
  • Oversee multi-channel budget allocations through a holistic Return on Marketing Investment lens; balance aggressive acquisition targets with long-term lifetime value data
  • Partner with analytics teams to optimize technical tracking configurations, incrementality testing frameworks, and marketing mix modeling integrations

  • Proven ability to translate performance data into actionable creative direction and structured testing matrices across video and audio assets
  • Strong strategic growth leadership in managing large-scale budgets through a strict performance and unit economics lens
  • Solid understanding of technical marketing infrastructure, match market testing, and econometric modeling frameworks
  • Exceptional communication and influence skills to translate complex media metrics into ROI-driven business cases for executive leadership
  • Competency in AI literacy and AI application to optimize campaign workflows and enhance cross-channel data interpretation

Additional Qualifications:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Deep professional background in subscription-based businesses, entertainment streaming applications, or telecom networks

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field
  • 8+ years of experience in media planning, buying, or marketing, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience leading high-velocity mass-media portfolios (Linear, CTV, Audio) at scale
  • Experience with Linear TV, Connected TV (CTV/YouTube), Broadcast Radio, Streaming Radio, Podcasting, Satellite Radio, Out-of-Home (OOH), and ad-serving/attribution tools like ArtsAI, Innovid, or Flashtalking
