Work Hours for Office Clerk:

  • Monday - Wednesday 9AM - 5PM
  • Thursday 9AM - 6PM
  • Friday 9AM - 2:30PM

Responsibilities for Office Clerk:

  • Perform clerical tasks including filing, scanning, copying, and document organization.
  • Enter and update information accurately in office systems and tracking tools.
  • Assist with customer service by answering routine questions and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Maintain organized office records, files, and documentation in accordance with procedures.
  • Support registration, title, billing, or administrative workflows as assigned.
  • Prepare paperwork and documentation for processing and distribution.
  • Assist with internal communication and coordination between office and operations teams.
  • Support mail handling, document distribution, and office supply organization.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling customer and business information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements for Office Clerk:

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required
  • At least 1 year of experience in clerical, administrative, or an office support role
  • Auction, automotive dealership, automotive administration or other automotive experience is a plus
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Able to pass pre-employment screening
  • Computer proficiency
  • Good communication skills
  • Good organization and detail skills
  • Good customer service skills
