Job Description:
Join Crowe LLP as a Shared Services Office Associate, where you'll play a key role in enhancing our office experience through administrative support, event coordination, and project management. This dynamic position involves collaboration with various teams to ensure smooth office operations and exceptional service delivery. Please keep in mind that this is a part time role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for office operations, including mail management, office supply maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Assist with organizing meeting and event logistical items and ensuring a welcoming and secure environment.
- Serve as a point of contact for facility access and customer service inquiries.
- Collaborate with Office Senior Associate to maintain office technology and furnishings.
- Act as a local safety coordinator and first responder, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other software for document creation, formatting, and reporting.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and identify opportunities for process enhancements.

Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in professional services operations.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to learn new software quickly.
