What will you do?

  • Manage daily trading operations, including the accurate and timely execution of trades as directed by the Advisor.

  • Generate and manage model portfolio trade lists and assist with the quarterly/annual portfolio rebalancing process.

  • Run various portfolio management reports, including capital gains/loss reports for tax planning and review purposes.

  • Execute and follow up on all client trades to ensure proper settlement, delivery, and reporting.

  • Support and serve clients, providing a professional and highly personable experience on the phone.

  • Coordinate wealth planning services & liaise with internal specialists

  • Liaise with clients, team members, and business partners to find solutions and see requests through to completion.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam, CIRE

  • Post Secondary Education (College or University)

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Relevant experience in the financial services industry

  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Nice-to-have

  • Dominion Securities (DS) or Retail Brokerage work experience
