We’re hiring a Front Desk Administrator! Join our team at Beavercreek Dental Care!

Are you a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual looking for a rewarding position in a dynamic healthcare environment? We’re looking for a dedicated Front Desk Administrator to be the welcoming face and voice of our practice!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
  • Maintain patient records and update information as needed.
  • Process payments and handle billing inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Assist patients with insurance verification and claims processing.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with sufficient stock of office supplies.
  • Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care and office operations.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a dental clinic setting preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and dental insurance.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and dental office software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
