Company: Closets by Design - Salt Lake City
Location: In-Office Only (Utah Candidates)
Schedule: Full-Time | M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Rotating Saturdays.
The Office/Sales Support role is responsible for supporting daily operations across front office functions, sales coordination, and workflow management. This position ensures smooth communication between clients, sales, and operations while maintaining accuracy, organization, and timely follow-up throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Team Support
  • Manage reports, including tracking payments
  • Complete 48-hour follow-ups with clients and prospects
  • Upload and manage Pixieset galleries
  • Maintain inventory of soft supplies for designers
  • Communicate with designers regarding paperwork and timelines
  • Active projects
  • Unsold opportunities and follow-ups
  • Assist in training and coaching on Lite & Simple designs
  • Support and participate in sales meetings

Paperwork & Workflow Coordination
  • Perform plan checks on all projects
  • Assist with Closet Pro proposals and design support
  • Ensure completion of 48-hour MPW follow-ups
  • Scan and deliver completed paperwork to engineering

Resolution Support
  • Monitor email communications for engineering-related issues
  • Assist in resolving project kickbacks or discrepancies
  • Coordinate with designers to obtain required responses
  • Verify all issues are resolved and properly documented
