We’re looking for a hardworking and knowledgeable Office Administrator to join our team and help us continue delivering exceptional service. What You'll Be Doing

As our Office Administrator, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations efficient and organized. Here’s a glimpse of your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Managing daily office operations to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
  • Utilizing QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping and financial tasks.
  • Handling administrative duties using Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Supporting the team with scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative needs.
  • Assisting with customer inquiries and providing excellent service.
  • Occasionally running errands or handling tasks that require a valid driver’s license.
