What You'll Do

As an Accounting Clerk, you'll learn the day-to-day financial operations of an automotive dealership while supporting our accounting office. Responsibilities include:

  • Process invoices and accounting paperwork
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
  • Enter and maintain accurate financial information
  • Organize and maintain accounting records and files
  • Assist with month-end accounting processes
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department
  • Answer phones and assist with general office duties as needed
  • Help with special projects and other duties as assigned

This position provides the opportunity to learn every aspect of dealership accounting and grow into positions with greater responsibility.
