Job description

As a Family Office Personal Assistant with Fischer Management, LLC, you will provide high-touch administrative, logistical, and personal support to multiple family households and the Family Office. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, discreet, service-minded, and comfortable managing a wide variety of day-to-day needs with professionalism and sound judgment.
One of the most rewarding parts of this role is serving as a trusted point of coordination for family members, household needs, appointments, travel, vendors, records, events, and personal requests while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and responsiveness.
You will thrive in this role if you:
  • Enjoy supporting others through thoughtful coordination, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Maintain discretion and professionalism when handling confidential family, household, and business information.
  • Can manage shifting priorities, competing deadlines, and time-sensitive requests with sound judgment.
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with family members, employees, vendors, and external contacts.
  • Are comfortable coordinating schedules, logistics, errands, records, travel, and events.
  • Can provide occasional after-hours support for time-sensitive needs as directed.

These skills will be used to:
  • Coordinate daily logistics and personal support needs for family members and family households.
  • Support multigeneration care coordination, healthcare logistics, appointment scheduling, and related follow-up.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and event logistics to ensure timely execution.
  • Arrange travel, transportation, ticket distribution, and related logistics.
  • Oversee vehicle registration, maintenance coordination, vendor communication, and subscription support.
  • Maintain mail, scanning, filing, records, and documentation for organized family office operations.
  • Prepare memos, correspondence, and administrative materials with accuracy and discretion.
  • Assist with errands, purchasing, procurement, personal requests, and related coordination activities.
  • Provide basic technology support for office equipment, mobile devices, and common business applications.
  • Plan events and social gatherings as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Five years of administrative, personal assistant, or family office experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting high-net-worth individuals or families.
  • Experience with multigeneration care coordination or healthcare logistics.
  • Experience in a family office, private household, or concierge setting.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  • Must be able to lift and carry approximately 30 pounds unassisted.
  • Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time while performing administrative and coordination duties.
  • Must be able to perform repetitive motions and use fine motor skills to operate office equipment, computers, mobile devices, and related tools.
  • Must be able to travel locally to complete errands, appointments, household visits, vendor coordination, and event support as required.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and meet company driving standards.
  • Must be able to provide occasional after-hours support for time-sensitive family or office needs as directed by management.
  • This position is subject to satisfactory completion of applicable background check requirements in accordance with company policy.
