Job description

Document Review Associate

Day to day:

The Document Review Associate will be joining the Agency team to perform document review according to standard procedures or instructions. This person will be responsible for certifying and processing various documents by cross referencing checklists for Fannie Mae, Ginnie Mae, and Freddie Mac. This work will be repetitive in nature and requires a strong attention to detail to ensure client satisfaction, quality control, and compliance with custodial agreements. This involves reviewing loans (or collateral) documents, handling file processing, and working with internal clients and contacts to determine the source of any problems and correct errors. This person will receive side by side training with the team lead to eventually review 40 documents an hour. There will be project based work across the site where cross training will be necessary. The ideal candidate has experience working with Excel, great communication, and work ethic. This role is paying $17/hr and has hours of 8-4:30 PM CST.
