Job description

Quality Care seeks a full-time office assistant and direct support person. This is a dual job where time not working with clients will be in the office assisting our Care Coordinator team. 

Office Assistant: We seek an individual with experience with office and clerical duties. Primary duties are: 

  • Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff 
  • Monitoring office supplies and keeping track of needed items 
  • Use of Therap program desired. 
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, researching, and creating reports. 
  • Assist the Care Coordinator team with daily operations.

Direct service provider: As a caregiver, you will provide in-home services (ISH) to individuals living in their residences who have varying mental and physical health needs. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals with flexible weekday schedules wanting to connect with people. Primary duties include:

  • companionship, interpersonal connection, and emotional support 
  • meal preparation, such as help with cooking skills or grocery shopping 
  • light housekeeping and laundry 
  • transportation for doctor's visits and errands 
  • and other independent living skills
