Job description

Best One Tire is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to provide general administrative and clerical support to the office and ownership. This position will assist with day-to-day administrative functions, basic accounting and clerical tasks, scheduling, filing, data entry, and other office duties as needed.

The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, trustworthy, computer-savvy, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. This position requires someone who can work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain professionalism when dealing with confidential company information.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support the office and management.
  • Provide basic clerical accounting assistance, including data entry, filing, and other accounting-related tasks as assigned.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments for the owner.
  • Maintain calendars and assist with organizing meetings, appointments, and other commitments.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, spreadsheets, and other office records.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for spreadsheets, data entry, organization, and basic reporting.
  • Utilize Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence, calendar management, scheduling, and organization.
  • Perform filing and maintain accurate and organized paper and electronic records.
  • Enter information accurately into computer systems and maintain updated records.
  • Assist with correspondence, emails, and other routine office communications.
  • Make copies, scan documents, organize paperwork, and perform other routine office functions.
  • Assist with maintaining an organized and efficient office environment.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Provide administrative support to the owner, Office Manager, and other management personnel as needed.
  • Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
