Pay Range: $30–$40/hour
Schedule: 7am-4pm Monday-Friday

Location: Omaha, NE

  • Troubleshoot, service and repair commercial new construction heating and cooling systems

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring as a Commercial Construction Service Tech:
  • Minimum 4-5 years commercial HVAC service experience

  • Completion of HVAC trade training or equivalent experience preferred

  • EPA certification required

  • Advanced knowledge of carpentry, gas piping, electricity, and air flow

  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

  • Strong familiarity with local codes and industry standards
