Job Summary:
Blue Sky Innovators is seeking a candidate to provide on-site support as an Offensive Cyber Subject Matter Expert. The role involves leading project management activities, technical and programmatic risk analysis, and coordinating DARPA-funded testing efforts, while leveraging expertise in offensive cyber operations and vulnerability research.
Responsibilities:
• Lead activities in project management, technical and programmatic risk analysis, and program-funded test coordination.
• Coordinate meetings and assess performer technical progress.
• Project performer outcomes and ensure project management best practices are followed by performers.
• Support DARPA-funded independent verification and validation (IV&V) testing with performers and partners.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience in one or more of the following: offensive cyber operations
• Experience in one or more of the following: vulnerability research
• Experience in one or more of the following: reverse engineering
• TS/SCI Required
Preferred:
• Experience with one or more of the following: AI integration
• Experience with one or more of the following: CNODP
• Experience with one or more of the following: Policy or law related to Cyber, AI
• Previous DARPA or SETA experience
